A seasoned expert in cultural management, public administration, and destination management, Michael Tsang serves as Managing Director, bringing a unique blend of strategic governance, operational safety, and high-level hospitality experience to the tourism and events industry. Holding a Master of Arts in Cultural Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), where he also served as Former President of the Cultural Management Alumni Association, Michael has long been dedicated to elevating cultural leadership and community engagement, including successfully leading a 1,000-member volunteer team. His background as a former senior public servant and advisor to various public sector organizations equips him with deep expertise in risk management, emergency response, and strategic public administration.
Further enhancing his risk management repertoire, Michael is a licensed Consultant of Wealth and Risk Management, offering comprehensive financial and risk planning expertise. Complemented by a robust background in large-scale event safety, he previously served as a Safety & Health Officer specializing in designing and implementing comprehensive crowd control and safety management measures. As a dual-licensed Tour Leader and Tour Guide, his frontline expertise spans cross-border operations as a qualified guide for Qianhai, Shenzhen and the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone, alongside leading MICE delegations for international associations, student study tours for Hong Kong primary and secondary schools, and landmark cultural initiatives across Hong Kong's public transit networks and animal welfare NGOs.
